Guiding students to self-discovery or realisation for a successful life through pedagogical method

My
teaching method is to make all the students interactive in the class room by using pedagogical teaching and learning methods. As a teacher, teaching the subject is not a matter of motivating students to realise themselves: ‘Who am I? ’What is the objective of studying? Ask them to fix their career objectives. I have just given them a road map to achieve their dreams based on my life's learning experiences. Based on that, students shape their minds each and every day, apart from regular classes, to work towards achieving their goals with Confidence, Hard Work and Discipline (CHD). Even though I am not handling the subjects for upcoming classes with the same students, I am always guiding the students to achieve their career objectives through Industry Institute Connect relationships. That's my job satisfaction. Yes, I am proud to say that my former students are well settled in MNC companies as entrepreneurs.

Career goals and skill sets for computer science students

Now a days, students want to show off their skill sets and achievements to the societies by connecting with several professional societies like IEEE Student Chapter, CSI Student Chapter, Data Science Foundation, Google Students Development Club, etc., participating in the AICTE Smart India Hackathon, and submitting project proposals to government funding agencies. Developing practical skill sets based on their career goals and current trends in modern life Data analytics, cyber security, and semiconductor device (IoT) manufacturing companies play a vital role in society.
