Hello everyone. I am Deepika Rupert Gardner. I am a
passionate academician and trainer for English language for Cambridge
examinations and corporate communication. I have worked as Associate Professor
of English for many years.
Deepika Rupert Gardner’s professional journey
Having done MA in English and MA in Linguistics I also
did LLB and B. Ed. Then, I did my doctorate on ‘Girish Karnad’s Dramatic Vision’.
I have worked in reputed schools and colleges. My first school was Maharana
Mewar Public School in City Palace, Udaipur. Good Shepherd International
School, Ooty is another renowned institution. I was the principal of a CBSE
secondary school too. My work as Head of the Department of English at St.
Joseph’s Degree & PG College, Hyderabad was exemplary. The period at BVRIT
Hyderabad College of Engineering is marked with many achievements and laurels.
I have taught English, Business & Functional English, Professional
Practice, Law & Ethics and Verbal training there.

I have done B. Sc. in Home Science where Psychology
and Adolescence were taught. I have also done Daniel Goleman’s Mental
Resilience session part of Emotional Intelligence so; I have an excellent
rapport with the student community. I approach them like a friend who
understands their needs and helps them to solve their problems. I have
successfully mentored them and the proof lies in my contacts and rapport with
them on LinkedIn and other social media platforms even after many years.

- “Vidya Bhushan Award” for Ph. D by Agnihotri Group of Institutions Wardha, Maharashtra on 14 January 2010

- 1000 Cambridge Business English Certifications were done with nearly100% results in Cambridge examinations for the last 6 years under my leadership.
- As a SME edited content and shot 66 English Language Videos at Bangalore for Sikkim Manipal University
- Alumna of Oxford Women’s Leadership Symposium, UK- Presented paper at The Margaret Thatcher Hall, Somerville College, Oxford, UK in 2018 on the topic “Emotional Intelligence: The Tool for Transformational Leadership in Women”.
- Cambridge Oral Examiner for Business English for 8 years.
