I strongly believe that my personal experience, together with my professional experience and background, enables me to add value to any senior executive position, and I would be delighted to discuss this further with you.

Philosophy of life by G P Dinesh

The following philosophy has helped me face the challenges in my career and life:

The core anchor of my life and career is a firm belief that people and teams can do better than they are doing now. And I am moored to the belief that “Answers to questions that pop at us in the journey of life lie within us.” Igniting and facilitating people to discover their potential and help move their dreams closer to reality has been an area where I have gone to work. And it has been fulfilling! I see myself as a partner who is also a friend. As a catalyst who has a stake. As a professional who is a sponsor. Facilitating people and teams to augment the future by taking charge of the present. My career has revolved and resolved around these themes, mostly by design and some by chance. Carrying the domain tags of Marketing, Strategy, Learning and Development, Training, and Organizational Development has been of great experience and importance. The journey has been fulfilling! The belief in people and the resilience of the human spirit continue to soar. The itch to learn and contribute is ever-present. God has been kind, and life has been beautiful.

Music is a therapy for the mind and soul

The first thing that comes to mind when I think of why I'm passionate about music is that music is relaxing to me. It takes me to a whole new world where there are no worries about assignments or deadlines! It holds my attention and is probably the only thing I can concentrate on without getting distracted in 5 minutes.

Because music is often an enjoyable activity, it can activate the release of endorphins, which creates a general feeling of well-being. Music therapy can successfully reduce post-operative pain and physical tension and influence heart and breathing rates. Fast music tends to increase the pulse rate and blood pressure.

Achievement in life

I believe that my greatest achievement as a teacher is being a wholesome person. A person who teaches and is able to be appreciated, listened to, and valuable to the students who gain so much from learning what I have taught

Research journey

My research interests are focused on the practice of consumer marketing and strategy as a profession. I have successfully designed, organized, monitored, and conducted marketing research studies on consumers in general and tweens and teens in particular.

The overall goal of my research program is to provide insights on tweens and teens' decision-making to corporate managers with information and tools that will enable them to become better at creating strategies and marketing to tweens and teens. Solutions to real-world Tween and teen problems typically require an understanding of basic patterns and processes. Thus, my research strives to combine studies of basic questions with applied research. Although my research program spans the continuum from basic to applied research questions, it focuses mostly on tweens' and teens' buying decisions and provides a strong scientific basis for strong management decisions. Thus, my overall research program is very applied and driven largely by the resource information needs of local, state, and national organizations, and non-governmental organizations.
