Greetings, everyone! I
am Dr. Neelima Choudaraju and I am honoured to have the opportunity to share my
extensive knowledge and experience in the realm of Communication, soft skills
and post colonial English literature with you. With over 25 years of teaching
experience in the field of TESOL, English Literature and Communication skills
at various institutions, I am blessed and thrilled to introduce my passion with
you.
My journey in this field
began with a deep passion for understanding human behaviour and interaction
with the society through appropriate medium of communication. Throughout my
career, I have worked with numerous organisations from various domains and also
people from varied backgrounds through conducting workshops, training sessions
and seminars enhancing their ability to communicate better, emotional
intelligence and leadership development and other crucial soft skills essential
for personal and professional growth.
Having completed my
education in the field of English literature from UG to Ph.D. in Andhra Pradesh,
also completed my Masters in Psychology. Further to enhance my skills, I have
also completed diploma in TESOL and BECto support my endeavour in the field of
communication and subsequently delving into practical application of these skills
in diverse settings. I have developed a comprehensive understanding of
ever-evolving needs of the modern workforce. My approach to teaching emphasizes
a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical insights, providing students
with a holistic understanding of the importance of soft skills in today’s
competitive landscape.
Beyond academia, I
remain actively engaged in research and publication, contributing articles to
prominent journals and participating in conferences centered around human
development and behaviour. My dedication
to continuous learning growth has enabled me to stay abreast of the latest
trends and developments in the field, ensuring that my teaching remains
relevant and up-to-date.

My educational journey
began with a passion for learning and an inherent curiosity about the world
around me. After completing my 12th grade, I pursued Bachelor’s
degree in English Language and Literature at Acharya Nagarjuna University. During
my three years studymy passion for English Literature and the rich tapestry of
human experiences, emotions and cultures depicted through languagehas shown the
calling.
Following the successful
completion of Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature, I continued
my academic journey by enrolling in a Master’s program in English Language and
Literature at Sri Padmavathi Mahila Viswa Vidhyalaya, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh
which was the only Govt. University for women in the country and also famous
for the specialisation of my choice. The professors provided me an opportunity
to deepen my understanding of complex concepts of Literature and conduct in
independent research, thereby preparing me for more advanced academic
endeavours.
Motivated by the desire to contribute to the
academic community and advance my knowledge in my field, I embarked on Ph.D
program at Dravidian University in Post Colonial English Literature which was
rich with human emotions and the crisis of identity of self. Post successful
completion of my doctoral program.

firsts in my life, in my entire career I have handled and monitored the growth

Hotel Management Institutes, Engineering Colleges and Law Colleges across the
state.

My department in a way works as a finishing
school for all the UG and PG students studying in KL University.
My primary job is to formulate a
comprehensive strategy for enhancing the communication and soft skills within
the organisation and I am also successful in designing and implementing
tailored training programs that cater the specific needs of the students.
Providing guidance and help to deliver the
training effectively across the teams for effective cross department
collaboration.
Training modules updating in accordance with
industry trends and bet practices and also incorporating innovative
technologies to create engaging and impactful learning experience for the
students.
Playing a crucial role in fostering a
positive and inclusive organisational culture by encouraging open communication
to support overall growth and success of the department by nurturing team
