Myself, Prof. (Dr.) Madhulika Gupta, am currently working as Professor and Head of Department (MBA) at the Dr. D. Y. Patil Centre for Management and Research, Pune.

 

 

Educational background

 

My qualifications include a Ph.D. in Commerce, an M.Com., and a PGDBM.

My academic interests include subjects like managerial accounting, economics, financial management, and entrepreneurship.

I am a professor with a strong commitment to education, research, and administrative excellence and an extensive teaching career spanning over 16 years.

 

 

Prof. Madhulika’s research and publications

 

I have published more than 20 research papers in indexed journals, including Scopus and UGC Care, as well as three books. I have also been granted a patent for my work. I am a research guide. I have also attended various faculty development programmes and national and international conferences.

 

 

What are the additional certifications that help you in your career development?

 

I have been awarded a certification by NEN as an entrepreneur educator and as an emotional intelligence practitioner by The Priority Academy in the United Kingdom.

 

 

What are your career achievements?

 

  • Young Researcher 2019 Award by the Centre for Education Growth and Research (CEGR) at the School Education Summit, followed by the 12th Rashtriya Shiksha Gaurav Puraskar Ceremony.
  • Awarded the prestigious “Adarsh Vidya Saraswati Rashtriya Puraskar” on January 2, 2019 by the Global Management Council
  • Recognised PhD Guide: Savitribai Phule, Pune University
  • I received the Best Teacher Award from the Lions Club of Poona in 2016.
