education ladder dedicated to promoting and facilitating individuals through
international education to achieve their dreams. E-Ladder4U (Consultancy and
University) is the result of merging two platforms of study abroad and online
learning, representing a decade of pioneering efforts. The organization was
formed in India in 2017 as a private limited company by women entrepreneurs. In
2020, they transformed into a non-profit organization and relocated their
headquarters to Wyoming, USA.
Their services cover
everything possible for a student should need. Customized package to study
abroad includes standardized tests, training for the test, around 2000
universities across the world in their portal application to select from,
student insurance, SIM card, VISA guidance, internship and scholarship guidance
all including the process.

She started her career
back in 1996 struggling her way into the corporate world due to being young at
age and a set back to her father’s demise. This took her a long time to become
normal. She has helped served her roles in multinational giant corporations
and organisations to name a few such as in Asia & Middle East, Maclellan,
FORD India, Kotex Textron, DP World was known as Chennai Container termainal, Swissboring, Zelekha Hospitals. She had also
stepped up to be an entrepreneur by forming start-up companies providing
Human Resources recruitment and had placed 1000 jobs to people even at the
resection times like Global Corporation, and Worldwide Facilities Management (WWFM).

leadership team with over 150 years of collective expertise in Emigration,
Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and Information Technology, E-ladder
University stands tall at the forefront of the industry. Their accomplished
team comprises seasoned emigration professionals who have successfully assisted
numerous clients with their emigration requirements.
Through years of hands-on
experience, they have acquired an in-depth understanding of the challenges

companies in many professional ways like resolving labour issues, sticking substantial

merging and distributing employees across the world.
I have worked on a
project on implementing Oracle HRMS in an organisation which never had software
for 35 years, transforming the data into the new software.
