Marketing and B2B marketing and sales background with over 15 years
of industry experience and have worked for clients like IBM, Dell, etc. I, Bhupendra
Mishra, am a result-oriented, seasoned strategist, experienced in building
and implementing effective social media marketing strategies and campaigns that
help businesses achieve their objectives.
In
the pastI have led small to medium teams to achieve sales and traffic increases
of up to 11% within 7–12 months.
Strategies
include content ideation, execution, and digital transformation.
I keep abreast of the latest development, in marketing and technology, by
interacting with various industry professionals through mediums of training
like Personality Development; Individual Brand Building; Digital & Social
media marketing, etc.
I
have been rewarded on many occasions for putting up successful one-man shows
and closing many sales initiatives positively for the companies I have worked
for.
I
currently serve as an Independent consultant for Bourgeois, one of the
Digital Marketing agencies based in Mumbai, India, and also share my digital
expertise as a freelancer with various other firms with a motive to keep myself
abreast of the latest advancements, technology, and trends in the business.
I am currently working as a Project Manager - Digital Marketing & Senior
Facilitator with Regenesys Business School, South Africa.
I
believe in “giving back” to society and have been doing it for over 10 years
now by conducting workshops and seminars on “Personal Branding”.
Since
a little over the last decade, I have been doing social services under the
guidance of various brothers and sisters of an International NGO, “Prajapita
Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University," in Mt. Abu, Rajasthan, India.
I am a follower of Brahma Kumaris and also a practitioner myself of “Raja Yoga”
meditation.
Tell us about your educational qualifications.
After completing my
graduation in Commerce (B.Com.) from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, I went on to
do my Masters in International Business (MIB) from DAVV, Indore. I am currently
pursuing my PhD at ITM University, Raipur.
What were your research and major publications?
Though I have
published and presented papers in leading international journals and
conferences, my research focus is on various technological advancements in
marketing.
The publications are as follows:
- Authored & published paper “Impact of Multi-Sensory Marketing on Consumer Behavior in Restaurants” during the 5th National Conference on “Driving Growth through Strategic Innovation, Entrepreneurship, & Digitization” in SRMS’s IBS Lucknow journal, held on December 1st, 2018.
- Authored & published the paper “Role of Neuro Marketing in Understanding Consumer Behavior-A Study of QSRs in Navi Mumbai” during the 6th National Conference on the theme “Quality Connections, Ready, Set, Grow” at YMT College of Management, Kharghar, held on November 24th, 2018.
- Authored & published paper “Survival of the Brick & Mortar in the E-commerce Era: A Seller's Perspective” in “International Journal for Scientific & Engineering Research” (IJSER), an UGC-approved Journal.
- Co-presented a case study called “PARIVARTAN” under BMA’s national-level case study competition in Mumbai.
Can you tell
us about the roles and responsibilities as a program manager?
My role and responsibilities as a Program Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Growing and managing a team of Digital Marketers.
- Training
the team members on the latest advancements in the Digital sphere.
- Training
professionals from South Africa (SA), Kenya, & Nigeria in digital
marketing.
- Updating
and training the team on the usage of tools, not restricted to, like Canva,
SEOptimer, Similarweb, copy.ai, peppertype.ai, Soovle, Keywords Everywhere,
Mozbar, Query Kitty AI, ChatGPT Open Chat, SEOquake, CrowdTangle, Tubebuddy,

mentionlytics, Ubbersuggest, Hubspot, etc.
- Ensuring
the timely conduct of the sessions.
- Developing
& and updating content related to the training.
- Coordinating with various departments for the smooth functioning of the process.

later coaching them to become effective managers and leaders.
