Dr. Joseph Manickaraj, Founder and Managing Director, ITK Education Services Pvt Ltd
I am a technocrat with close to three decades of
diverse work experience in Employability and Professional Skills Training, HR
Temping and Staffing, and IT Consulting and Automation Development. I am an
alum of PSG Group of Institutions (CAS), Coimbatore and I completed my Bachelor
of Sciences in Electronics in 1991.

I also hold Diploma’s in HR Management, Business
Leadership and Data Sciences. I am a Certified Zoho Creator Developer and have
these other certifications - Social Media Marketing, Profit and Loss, Lean Six
Sigma, ChatGPT for Teachers - and pursuing other certifications and research
activities. I received my Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration in
2022.
Memberships and activities
Apart from managing ITK Education Services Pvt Ltd as
its Founder and Managing Director, I also manage Hirudhaya Foundation, an NGO,
as its Managing Trustee, and ITK Solutions as its Managing Partner.
I am a Life Member of the YMCA, a Life Member of The
League Club (Chennai), a Member of the Institute of Directors, and a Member of
the ITK Board of Studies and a Member of Tamilpreuner HR Community.

I published my book on sales and marketing in 2018.
The book is called “Preparing Rainmakers – 7 Steps to Successful Selling,”
published by Pothi Books.

- We offer technical solutions and support for the Zoho suite of products and services across the globe.
- We offer certification training on Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and AutoCRM across many academic institutions in India and working professionals worldwide.
Achievements
During my career spanning three decades, I have helped
thousands of students with the guidance, acquisition, and demonstration of
industry-relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities for better careers. I have
also helped these students gain employment with industry interactions
and job opportunities.
As the founder and MD of ITK Education Services Pvt.Ltd., Chennai, I take care of academic and industrial collaborations, knowledge
management, global projects, client relationships and human capital solutions.
I also manage Hirudhaya Foundations, a non-profit
organization focused on capability creation for underprivileged youth through
education and skill development.
I have set up a special CSR-funded Center of
Excellence at Don Bosco Technical Campus, Pulianthope, Chennai.
I am managing the skills training and IT Centre
operations at Don Bosco Infotech, Kilinochchi, Sri Lanka, and also setting up
similar initiatives in other locations in Sri Lanka.
I am an active member speaker in industry forums,
academic institutions, and advisory committees and deliver keynote addresses,
AICTE FDPs, webinars, and seminars on Industry 4.0 technology transformation
for growth.
I strongly believe that “the function of education is
to impart knowledge and lead to the acquisition of relevant industry skills for
the right job fitment, career growth, and empowerment to make meaningful
contributions to society.”.

Industry 4.0 Technology Skills professional training, entrepreneurship
training on software languages for web-mobile application development, cybersecurity,
digital marketing, security and surveillance, internship support programs,
incubation, and job opportunities for graduating and unemployed youth.
