Naved comes with an intense exposure in the trade of Human Resource Management, Learning & Development, Business Process Excellence, Negotiation, Communication & much more, catering his service to different business verticals helping organization develop & sustain its vision & mission goals.

 

He is a goal oriented, fanatical & a veteran professional who has started his career in his early teenage and over a period of time with his consistent passion and a will to learn and grow which has helped him develop his skills which has proved to be an asset to his organization.

 

In his early teenage, he began his career as a Debt Collector with an International Business Process Output Company (BPO) catering clients from United States of America (USA) catering client portfolios such as American Express, JP Morgan Chase Bank, Capital One Bank Utilities. His next assignment was a Corporate Trainer, delivering learning & compliance at all time around performance matrix.

 

In the process of developing and sharpening his skills, he got an opportunity to work with another BPO within the region catering clients from The United Kingdom, majorly in utilities domain British Gas. His major project during his tenor included business transition of a newly developed platform, transiting along with compliance and strong business communication with the project stake owner.

 

Over a period of time, he got an opportunity to work Internationally, in The United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the field of Hospitality Industry, where he advanced his career from a hotel property of 144 Keys & above, from a single unit property to multi-unit property. He was on a project of Pre-Opening of Hotel Property where he developed & handed over Property & Multi-Unit Property Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Administration, Learning & Development & executing daily operation while being compliant with labor law of the land.

 

Sky is the limit and he is not accustomed to a rigid practice and have proved it with his experience, right attitude, goal etc. and entered in a business vertical of Engineering & Protective Coating Industry heading human resource management operation at group level within the region (The UAE). Being in a new industry is just a term, Naved has not only developed his skills around the human resource management but has also developed his skills and cross trained himself in learning, practicing and then inculcating the business acumen and have been successfully delivering the business process excellence for more than half a decade and counting.
