Armed with a Ph.D. in Electronics and Telecommunication, she has dedicated an impressive 19 years to the field of teaching, leaving an indelible mark on the landscape of engineering education. This journey unfolds with academic prowess, holding a Ph.D. titled "Early Stage Detection of Clustered Microcalcifications in Mammograms" from the GHRCOE&M Research Centre, Pune, showcasing expertise in cutting-edge research. With a versatile teaching portfolio spanning Digital Signal Processing, Mobile Communication, Coding Techniques, and more, she has not only imparted wisdom but has also spearheaded transformative initiatives within the academic sphere.

Innovative Use of Technology:

• Excellency in utilizing online platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Google Classroom. A seamless integration of technology into teaching methodologies reflects the adaptability of modern educational tools.

 

Academic Mentorship:

• I have guided more than 30 undergraduate students in their projects; this has played a crucial role in shaping the academic and research pursuits of aspiring engineers.
• BCUD, Pune, had funded Rs. 2,10,000 for research work, and involvement in various research initiatives underscores its commitment to guiding students beyond the conventional classroom setting.

 

Hackathon Coordination and Awards:

• When I was serving Bharti institutes, I orchestrated the Internal Hackathon 2022 at the college level, showcasing leadership in organizing innovative and challenging events for students. Training efforts resulted in a team winning the Smart India Hackathon 2022, earning a noteworthy prize of 1 lakh rupees.

 

International Collaborations:

• The same SIH team had participated in the UNESCO India Africa Hackathon 2022, and I, at the college level, demonstrated commitment to fostering international collaborations in the academic sphere.

 

Reviewer and Editorial Roles:

• I have been appointed as a reviewer for UGC-approved journals and IEEE international conferences, contributing to the peer-review process and maintaining the quality of academic publications. An Editorial role in international journals further highlights its standing in the academic community. A holistic approach to education, encompassing teaching excellence, mentorship, research contributions, and active involvement in innovative initiatives, is a valuable asset to the academic community. A dedication to student success and advancement in the field of electronics and telecommunications is evident through my diverse and impactful contributions as an educator.

The research contributions are prolific, with numerous 45+ publications in international journals and renowned book chapters, including Springer Scopus and SCI. These publications and the invitation for book editorship not only highlight commitment to advancing knowledge in the engineering field but also showcase recognition as a key contributor to scholarly endeavours. Research and editorial roles contribute significantly to the academic community, demonstrating dedication to the dissemination of knowledge.

I have actively participated in and contributed to numerous national and international conferences, showcasing my commitment to academic collaboration, knowledge dissemination, and fostering a vibrant academic community. A total of 19+ international conferences have been attended and managed. Numerous involvements in various conferences extend beyond participation. I had actively coordinated and managed different technical and non-technical sessions during both national and international conferences held in colleges.

Best Researcher Award 2020: Honored with the "Best Researcher Award 2020" by ITSR India, recognizing her contributions to research.

 

Best Young Researcher Award 2020: GISR Foundation India bestowed the "Best Young Researcher Award 2020," highlighting her early-career research accomplishments.

Published Book Chapters: Published two book chapters in UK international publications and one in Springer.
