I am a strong believer in the concept of Learning, Unlearning and Relearning!

An academician and researcher in the field of Management, working relentlessly for the last 17 plus years in the field of professional education. Human Resources, Business Communication and Soft Skill training are areas of research and expertise. Awarded with PhD Degree on the topic of Impact of E-recruitment on Human Resource Supply Chain Management.

 

Leadership with impact is the strong skill that I have acquired through varied experiences. I have evolved the pedagogy to teach the theory in the most practical manner and have established an Employability Skill Enhancement module where the focus is purely on enhancing the behavioral, managerial, presentation, and communication skills of the students to make them employable and industry-ready.

In my current role, I serve as the Director of Dewan Institute of Management Studies, DVSGI Meerut.

 

My primary responsibilities include overseeing academic planning and execution, managing teams/individuals, and ensuring the successful execution of administrative and strategic aspects of the institution.

 

As the Director of the institute, I ensure creating a conducive learning environment, fostering academic excellence, and preparing students for successful careers in the business world.

A Book on effective Business Communications by Dr. Vinky 

 

I am thrilled to share the exciting journey behind my recent book on business communication. Over the past 2 years, I immersed myself in exploring the intricacies of effective communication in the business world. From initial concept to completion, the process has been a dynamic mix of research, real-world insights, and a passion for empowering professionals with practical skills.

 

The book delves into the importance of communication in the business world, including oral communication, written communication and technology in communication, offering practical strategies for enhancing communication in the corporate landscape. Drawing on my experiences and expertise in the subject, I aimed to create a resource that not only addresses common challenges but also provides actionable solutions.

 

From late-night writing sessions to collaborating with industry experts, every step has been a labor of love. I am eager to share this knowledge and contribute to the ongoing conversation on effective business communication.

 

The book is highly recommended for students of BBA, BCA, MBA, and MCA.

 

 

PhD on the impact of e-recruitment on HRSCM

 

The journey of pursuing my PhD on the topic ‘Impact of E-Recruitment on Human Resource Supply Chain Management: An Empirical Investigation of Service Industry in Indian Context’ from JIITU, Noida in 2011 under the expert guidance of Dr. Yajulu Medury has been transformative.

 

Under Dr. Medury's mentorship, I delved deep into the realms of HRM, exploring innovative research avenues and contributing to the scholarly discourse. His guidance has been instrumental in shaping my research, and I am grateful for the enriching experiences and insights gained throughout this process.

 

This achievement would not have been possible without the support of Dr. Medury, whose expertise and encouragement propelled me forward.

Additionally, I am humbled and proud that I have been awarded as the ‘Best Young Dean of the Year (Below 40 Years)’ at Global Education and Corporate Leadership Awards (GECL 2018).
