Hello
everyone! Myself Dasari Karthik Raj, and I am thrilled to be here today. I
bring 3 years of experience in Teaching Field, where I have had the privilege
of authoring two books and running a startup. My passion for sharing knowledge
with other fellows has been a driving force in my career, and I am dedicated to
enhancing my skills and knowledge on a timely basis so that I can guide
everyone to reach their career goals according to their wishes. I am excited to

Educational qualifications and professional journey
I
hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from JNTU Kakinada University
and am currently pursuing my PhD from KL University, where I developed a solid
foundation in Marketing, especially in Digital Marketing and Finance. Following
that, I embarked on my professional journey in Teaching Field, gaining valuable
experience at Gayatri College of Science and Management, Waltair Business
School, and currently at Miracle Engineering College. During my time there, I
served as an Assistant Professor by engaging Management-related subjects with
Engineering and Post Grad Students and also holding the additional
responsibility of Assistant Training and Placement Officer, which further
fueled my passion for the teaching field.
In
pursuit of continuous growth, I later pursued Digital Marketing related
certification from Google to stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations
in the industry. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working on Student
Academic projects and honing my skills in Research methodologies.
My
educational background and professional journey have equipped me with a diverse
set of skills, ranging from Marketing to Management Disciplines, making me
well-prepared to contribute to the challenges and opportunities at Miracle
Engineering College. I'm excited to leverage my experiences to bring value to
this dynamic team.

I
specialize in Marketing, where my proficiency lies in Digital Marketing.
Additionally, I have a strong background in Finance, with a track record in
Mutual Funds Management. Over the course of my career, I have developed
expertise in HR, showcasing my ability to handle Training and Placements.
Moreover,
my skill set extends to Big Data, allowing me to offer a well-rounded and
versatile approach to Data Analytics. I am continuously committed to staying
abreast of industry trends and expanding my knowledge in emerging areas such as
Data Analytics, Marketing Trends and Financial Challenges, ensuring that my
expertise remains current and aligned with the evolving landscape of Business
Administration.
Roles and responsibilities as an assistant professor
As
an Assistant Professor at Miracle Engineering College, my roles and
responsibilities encompass a multifaceted approach to academic excellence. I am
actively involved in developing and delivering engaging lectures, fostering a
dynamic learning environment to facilitate students' understanding of Business
Administration related subjects. Additionally, I am responsible for creating
and updating course content, integrating the latest industry trends and
advancements into the curriculum.
I

involved in research initiatives, collaborating with fellow faculty members,
and contributing to scholarly publications in MSME and Career Paths. This

My
