Myself Dr.Anubhuti Gupta, currently working as Professor at Amity Business School at Amity University, Greater Noida Campus. Total I have 19 years of academic experience and 03 years of industrial experience. My area of interest is Operations Management, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management, TRIZ, Supply Chain Analytics. I have many copyrights and patents registered on my name and have published many research papers and books.

 
My Journey: Educationand Career
 
As far as my educational journey is concerned,I have done PhD in Management from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and an MBA in Operations from Lucknow University and MSc(Biochemistry) and BSc(Chemistry) from Banaras Hindu University and have achieved 1st class throughout my career.
 
I started my career with NDIIM, Hyderabad and work there for more than 03 years and learnt the basics of education sector. Then I joined Futura Institute of Management Studies in Lucknow as Associate Professor and work there for 03 years and then I joined Amity University, Greater Noida campus in 2013 and till now I am working as Professor there and from 2021 to 2023 I was head of the department too.
 
Besides teaching, I do have many roles and responsibilities at the campus. I am Chairperson
for the Marketing Committee, Coordinator for Institutional IQAC to name a few.

My Path in Research

Moreover, during my 19 years of experience in teaching, research & consultancy. I have played a multifaceted role being a teacher, trainer, mentor, counselor, and administrator. My research areas are diverse and include Total Quality Management, Big Data Analytics in Operations, Technology Management and Economics, and Finance of Operations, etc. Besides organizing and participating in a large number of conferences, seminars, workshops, and FDPs, I have published business cases and research papers in national and international journals and have been granted Copyrights and patents as well. I am a Life Member of IEEE and QCI (Quality Councilof India) and also serve as a Reviewer and Advisory Board member of various journals of international repute.

 
Passion for Success: Business Management

I am very much passionate and continuously learning in the field of operations Management.In the past 05 years, business behaviour has been changed a lot and we are also motivated to develop various case studies related to new strategies adapted by companies. Business Management is the domain where things are happening on past pace and I love to keep myself updating.
