Unveiling the Path: Origin and Evolution
In April 2006, he joined Invicus Engineering Private Limited as a Senior CADD Associate. There, he set up the company from scratch along with its founder and a friend. He also gained experience in designing infrastructure facilities conforming to international standards, including town planning and traffic engineering. This role not only enhanced his technical skills but also involved setting up the infrastructure and working environment for the startup company.
Expansion into Retail and Store Design
His career took a significant leap in May 2007, when he joined Tesco. Over the course of eight years, he rose through the ranks, starting as a Design Associate and eventually becoming a Program Manager. Managed global operations and large teams and was accountable for planning, designing, and approving store layouts for multiple countries. After an eight-year stint, he had an opportunity to get into entrepreneurship, thus founding his first startup, Credessol Creative Solutions LLP, in 2015, which went on to be an award-winning company in 2018 along with The Build Awards.
In May 2016, he took a dive into the corporate world again for a brief period as a Country Manager for Store Design at Trent Hypermarket Pvt. Ltd.-Star Bazaar, a Tata & Tesco Enterprise. After one year into this, his heart still remained at Credessol, and hence he returned to do what he did the best- Credessol Creative Solutions LLP, as the Founder and later Group Managing Director, led efforts across various domains, including interior and architecture design, business consulting, and mobile app development, which resulted in significant revenue growth and successful project execution in India and the UK.
Roles and Operational Excellence
His entrepreneurial spirit continued with roles such as Chief Executive Officer at Massimo Creatives and Director of Operations at Realm Consilio Design Studio and Realm Tech Solutions. His strategic execution of creative solutions and development of mobile and e-commerce applications showcased his versatility and ability to drive growth in different sectors. He also served as the Head of Operations at Nationalle Corporate Advisors, where I planned profitable ventures in stock and crypto trading, as well as blockchain technology. He also briefly held the role of Strategic Partner for Marketing and Business Development at Embrace Consulting.
Currently, he is the CEO at Starva Constructions Private Limited in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Since February 2022, he has been steering the company towards continuous growth, leveraging his experience in architecture, construction, and operations management.
