I am
Professor Dr. Dileep Kumar M., Vice Chancellor and Professor of Business
Management at Hensard University, Toru Orua, Bayelsa State, Nigeria. My
research interests include strategic management, entrepreneurship, human
resource management, artificial intelligence and technology, consumer and
organizational behaviour. I've published over 200 peer-reviewed articles in
international and national publications, 80 brief case studies in business
management, and over 80 conference proceedings papers. Along with my academic
credentials, I have ten patents, four patent publications, twenty-seven
copyrights, nine books on business management, and three monographs. 'Say No to
Precarious Working Conditions', 'Glue of Organizational Culture', 'Case Studies
in Organizational Behaviour', '50 Short Case Studies in Management',
'Innovative Ways to Manage Stress', etc. are just a few of the books I've written. I am an
editor and editorial board member for several high-impact international
journals.
About Educational Qualifications
I have
been awarded a lectureship under UGC and hold two doctorates in business
administration and behavioral sciences: an MPhil in labor studies, a Master of
Social Work in Human Resource Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business
Administration, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, a Post
Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications, a Diploma in Labor Laws, and a
Diploma in Hospital Administration.

Academic/ Administration
Throughout
my professional career, I have held a variety of leadership positions related
to academic and administrative functions, such as development of strategic
plan, academic planning, curriculum development and revision (PhD, DBA, and
MBA); credit-based choice education administration, applying outcome-based
education, reviewing and evaluating academic programs, conducting due diligence
on academic programs, developing new courses; managing department heads and
deans; ensuring a culture of research; hiring and promoting faculty;
supervising the creation of budgets for academic and academic-related programs;
allocating and reallocating funds and resources to programs; market
development, resource development, industry networking, representing and
promoting the university locally, nationally, and worldwide; fulfill
significant ceremonial and civic duties, call committee meetings, arrange
funding agreements with ministries and funding agencies, and work on projects
involving corporate development training.
Teaching
Over the
course of the last twenty-two years, I have been a teacher in a number of
subjects, including project management, entrepreneurship, international
business, strategic management, consumer behavior, behavioral sciences,
organizational behavior, research methods, and business consultancy strategies.
Teaching assignments took me to the Netherlands, Belgium, Georgia, South
Africa, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Sultanate of Oman, Ukraine, Morocco,
Nigeria, Turkey, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Vietnam,
Cambodia, India, and so on.
Research/ Publication/Patent/Copyrights
I have
carried out a number of nationally and internationally recognized social and
commercial significant studies that draw attention to management and policy
makers. In addition to 180+ high-impact national and international papers
(including more than 50 ISI and Scopus publications), I have published 13
books, 3 monographs, 10 patents, and 25 copyrights.
Training and Development
I have
led numerous training programs for faculty members at different levels in
scientific journal writing, as well as high impact writing and publication
workshops. I have also assisted the graduate school of business and university
in obtaining funding from the ministry of higher education. I have participated in numerous corporate
training programs in the areas of strategy, leadership, work culture
development, and attitude building (HRDF fund); I have also conducted doctoral
research training, research orientation, faculty development training in
effective teaching and learning with case studies from HBR, and training for
young people in the area of entrepreneurial orientation.
Keynote/Invited Speaker
Accepted
positions as keynote speaker, conference chair, track chair, invited speaker,
and session chair at over 170 conferences, symposiums, and workshops held
worldwide.
Accreditation
As a
team leader and participant, I have worked on multiple accreditation processes
(AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS, ADRI, ABEST, and ISO). Working diligently as a team, we
have obtained the majority of accreditations, including CCMAS for the Nigerian
University Commission, AACSB, AMBA, and ABEST for UUM Malaysia, and ADRI for
MoHE, MoMP, Colleges, Oman, and MQA Malaysia.
Editor
Several
national and international journals with a high impact status in publications
(Scopus, WoS) employed me as an editor, editorial member, and reviewer.
Sponsorship
As a
member of the International Research Foundation (IFRD), I have arranged
numerous international conferences in the Sultanate of Oman, Thailand, South
Africa, Dubai, Istanbul, Morocco, Indonesia, Malaysia, Ukraine, Cambodia,
Vietnam, and Romania. These conferences were entirely financed by IFRD and have
good collaborations with several international colleges. helped research
scientists and faculty members get their presented papers published in
international journals.
Outreach
Participated
in social service projects with multiple non-governmental organizations (NGOs)
in Malaysia, Africa, and India to conduct action and social research for
managerial and policy solutions. I have worked on several social programs in
India that support social health, women's empowerment, and community
development in tribal communities.

My greatest Career Achievement
At the age of 46 I became the Deputy Vice Chancellor of a
national university and an international university, And in my 50s, I was appointed Vice Chancellor of
an international institution abroad. I
have over 15 years of experience as an academician and administrator at
numerous international universities, as well as a 7-year stint at national
universities.
For more
than 22 years, I've instructed academics, researchers, and business leaders
from over 25 nations. I have received numerous national and international
awards, including the Centenary Award for Best Personalities in Education, the
'Man of Excellence Award', the 'Academic Excellence Award', the 'Outstanding
Leadership Award', the 'Excellence in Research Award', the 'Global Academic
Icon Award', and others, demonstrating his achievements in academic and
research. I've worked as a researcher and consultant all over the world. I've
dedicated my life to academia, research, corporate development, and institution
building, helping to advance both corporate and academic development, as well
as community development.
