My name is Dr. Nidhi Duggal, and I am the Principal at PW Gurukulam. It is a privilege to lead such a vibrant and dynamic educational institution. My commitment to education is driven by a passion for fostering student achievement through research-based strategies. I firmly believe in creating an environment where every student feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.

Educational Milestones and Professional Growth

I am honored to serve as the Principal of PW Gurukulam, bringing 26 years of experience in education, including 13 years as a director overseeing 13 colleges and 3 schools. My academic credentials include a Master's degree in Arts (MA), a Master's degree in Education (M.Ed. ), and a Ph.D., all of which underpin my dedication to fostering student achievement through research-based strategies.
 
My educational journey began in 1997 as a pre-primary teacher. I then served as a school academic head for five years before taking on the role of Vice Principal. This was followed by an opportunity to lead GD Goenka International School and subsequently serve as the principal of St. Vyas Senior Secondary School. At South Point World School, I started as principal and was promoted to director within a year, overseeing 16 principals across 13 colleges and 3 schools. My career then led me to Apollo International School. Then to Orchids the international school.
 
In addition to my professional roles, I am actively involved with Bharat Vikas Parishad and the NGO Pankh, supporting 33 children. I have also authored two Hindi books, "Upvan" for Musket Publishing and "Kanak" for Hindi Vikas Sansthan.
