Continuous inspiration from the farmers and their families compels us to pursue a career in the agricultural sector, particularly in civil and geotechnical infrastructure.

Could you share some insights about your awards and publications?

As of now, I have published 23 research articles in agricultural journals with a NAAS rating. Side by side, I attended the six conferences and presented papers. I also got the best presentation award at the national conference held at CCS HAU.

What are your thoughts on the future of civil engineering education, and how can we prepare the next generation of engineers to meet emerging challenges and opportunities?

Before taking any career in engineering, think of rural India and how you can contribute to it. 75 percent of our population lives in villages, with agriculture as their main profession.

“Don’t you think they can also become engineers or take up any career that they desire, but they choose only agriculture as a profession?”

This makes our nation glad and happy.
