Hello, I am Hukum Chand Yadav, a seasoned HR professional with over 16 years of multifaceted experience across various sectors, including steel, power, alumina and refinery, mines, foods, EPC, real estate, and services. Currently, I am the AVP and Head of Human Resources at Real Group, operating under the brand name GK TMT. My expertise lies in strategic process design, aligning business objectives with HR initiatives, and driving organizational success.

My academic journey began with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur. I then pursued an MBA from the University of Pune, complemented by a Master of Social Work in HR from Dr. C.V. Raman University, Bilaspur. Professionally, I started as an executive in recruitment at Salasar Steels & Power Ltd. Over the years, I advanced through significant roles at Bhilai Engineering Corporation Ltd., BigMint Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and Maa Kudargadhi Group, eventually leading to my current position at Real Group.

In my role at Real Group, I oversee the comprehensive HR function, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development. I collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring optimal talent placement and engagement. Additionally, I spearhead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

One of my most notable achievements was the rapid implementation of an HR policy within 45 days of joining Maa Kudargadhi Group, which significantly enhanced HR practices and streamlined processes. Furthermore, I was honored with the HR Award from the Group CEO of BigMint for exemplary training and development initiatives, having facilitated over 5000+ man-hours of training sessions to ensure high-quality learning experiences for employees.
