A specialist when it comes to startups and have raised multiple successful startups and bring in-depth expertise in handling multifunctional, matrix, and cross-cultural teams and have successfully handled restructuring, change management, and process reengineering across IT, manufacturing, telecom, and ITES.

I have a robust educational foundation, having completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Madras University. Furthering my specialization in Human Resources, I earned a Master's degree in Human Resources from Welingkar University and completed a Management Development Course in Human Resources from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode.
