How do you maintain a work-life balance while managing multiple roles and responsibilities?

A daily morning walk of 30 to 40 minutes charges you for the entire day. The moment you leave office, you leave the hat of the OFFICE at the OFFICE itself and wear the hat of "HOME - SWEET HOME."

This is coupled with 2 to 3 days of outings every quarter and 2 yearly holiday plans with family, relatives, and friends.

What do you consider the biggest achievement of your professional career so far?

I have been successful in driving change at all levels in all the roles played in different companies or organisations in varied sectors. The longest tenure of my career span was with Arihant Superstructures Ltd. (ARIHANT GROUP), where I could contribute to the majority of functions as VP-Strategy & IR. This was the biggest achievement. Be it Strategies designed and implemented in Marketing, Sales, and Investor Relations OR an active role in additional responsibilities in handling PR, Finance, Digital Marketing, and Leasing of Business Park of 1 mn. sq. ft. These are reflected in the awards and recognitions received from time to time, to me and the organizations.

What inspired you to venture into such diverse fields as sales & business, digital marketing, IT solutions, insurance & financial services, B2B e-commerce & payment cards, and the real estate industry?

With my techno-commercial educational background, I always believed myself to be an Entrepreneur who can deal in all functions and fields of any business. Yet I was adaptive and flexible. Hence I took up all challenges and assignments that came across and kept on increasing my EXPERIENCES, KNOWLEDGE, & SUCCESS QUOTIENT to deal in a variety of businesses.

Could you share your honors and awards?

What advice would you give to someone just starting their career, based on your own experiences and insights gained over the past 27 years?

In today's world, you need to have a dual approach - Generalist with a Specialist approach.
Though one has to specialize in a particular field of Finance, Marketing, Law, Medicine, Engineering, etc., you need to have broad basic knowledge of all functions of an organization working.

Beginners should have an approach of Learner, Implementer and Transfer the knowledge.
