Hello, I am Kishan Sathyan, a serial entrepreneur focused on educational technology with over 20 years of experience in multiple ventures. Intuicent Innovations Pvt. Ltd., where we focused on building and combining innovative educational tools with rigorous, real-world training, aims to build a safer digital world through the advancement of cybersecurity expertise and practices, specializing in cybersecurity education. I hold an MS in Strategic Management and an MBA from IIM Calcutta, combining business strategy with technology to create innovative educational solutions. Outside of work, I support animal welfare, sustainable living, motor racing, and DIY projects.

Creating a Center of Excellence in the space of Cyber Security Training and Cyber Security Simulations Labs, Data Science, and AI, which also includes services like Threat Detection and Prevention, Firewall and Network Security, Identity and Access Management, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Incident Response and Forensics, Security Audits, and Compliance.

Professional with over 20 years’ experience in B2B, B2C, and B2G in diverse multi-national organizations in leadership roles in consulting, consultative sales, and business development. I started my journey with HSBC Technology Services across different functional areas, have been a strategic consultant for Iris Business Services India Pvt. Ltd. (into XBRL software implementation), I Square D—Internet, Innovations, and Development (Samuha—Social Outreach Project), MEdRC (USMLE—Medical licensing exam training), 24X7 Learning Pvt. Ltd. (a CNN IBN-funded company), and with Security Solutions organizations in scaling the business, recruitments, project and financial planning and management, and revenue growth for the organizations. Have worked with global professional bodies in establishing the market for AICPA-CIMA U.K. in various capacities. Founded Dolphin Learning Solutions and Intuicent Innovations, working in the segments of professional qualification training, technology consulting, and cybersecurity training solutions and services.
What sparked your passion to venture into entrepreneurship and start your own business?
My passion for entrepreneurship in the cybersecurity segment was ignited by the growing need for digital safety in an increasingly connected world. As I worked in the edtech space, I realized the critical importance of cybersecurity skills, not just for professionals but for everyday users. This motivated me to create solutions that combine education with practical, real-world cybersecurity training. The potential to bridge the skills gap and contribute to a safer digital environment fueled my decision to focus on this segment and build businesses that empower individuals with essential cybersecurity expertise.
Could you share your philosophy and explain how it has shaped your career decisions and professional journey?
My philosophy is to provide innovative solutions that can help at work. By customizing methods to meet client requirements and keeping things simple, we can achieve micro-automation and deliver tailored products as needed.
