Could you introduce yourself to our audience?

I'm Rajesh Ramadas, Director of Research & Education at Thirtyone Ventures.
 
 
Could you highlight the key milestones of Thirtyone Ventures?

We have successfully facilitated the completion of PhD programs for 200 scholars in the last 3 years. We assist in PhD and Post-Doctorate admissions to International and Indian universities. We also assist in Honorary Doctorate award nominations.
 
 
What motivated you to pursue a DLitt in Education, and how has it influenced your work as a Global Goodwill Ambassador?

Being in the counseling area for Research Education, I felt it was mandatory to uplift myself before lifting others. Global Goodwill Ambassador USA is doing a great service to mankind through their passionate Humanitarian services. I counsel for the people in debt, anxiety, depression, and suicidal tendencies.
 
 
Could you elaborate on your current roles and responsibilities?

My role is to identify the right university from an international destination for the right candidate holding a masters, degree to pursue a PhD or Post Doctorate in distance/online/regular mode and to guide them in the thesis preparation, publish research papers in the right journals and facilitate research paper conferences in India or abroad.
 

Could you highlight any notable awards, accolades, licenses, or certifications you've received throughout your career that demonstrate your expertise and professionalism?

My notable awards include

•    Honorary Doctorate Dlitt Award.
•    Nation Builders Award from the Rotary Club.
•    Excellence Award in Research Education from various organizations.
 
 
What advice would you give to young professionals aspiring to work in international education?

Be passionate and do complete research of the universities, environment, and culture spread around the university you are aspiring to seek admission into. Moreover, it's very important to find the right facilitator to assist completion, especially in the field of Research Paper Education. Sometimes people pursue but do not complete due to various frustrations experienced in the process of Research Education.
