Professional Journey

After completing his degree in Business Administration (BBA), Sunil Issac worked as a Production Supervisor at M/s. Jumbo Bag Ltd. from 2005 to 2008. During his tenure, he made significant contributions to the company, which led to it being awarded the "Superior Certificate" by the American Institute of Baking (AIB) in 2007 - a first for any company in India. This achievement enabled the company to expand its business into Food and Pharma packaging solutions in the American market.
 
·       Due to his dedicated contributions, Sunil Issac's company was certified by BRC (British Retailers Consortium) in 2008, which enabled the company to expand its business in Food and Pharma packaging solutions in the European region.
·       As a fresh candidate at M/s. EDAC Engineering Ltd. after completing his MBA, Sunil Issac played a vital role in the finance department at project sites, where he helped identify loopholes and reduce unnecessary expenditures. Just 1.5 years after joining the company, his outstanding performance was recognized, and he was regularized from Management Trainee to Finance Officer, bypassing the junior level position.
·       In March 2016, Sunil Issac joined M/s. MTC Business Pvt Ltd, where he played a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork, bridging the gap between the North and South regions. He facilitated open communication and encouraged team members to work together towards achieving swift outcomes. Additionally, he helped shift the team's mindset from feeling underappreciated for their efforts to recognizing the significance of their contributions to the creation of financial reports.
·       He encountered people with suicidal thoughts and guided them from the state of despair to become a social influencer. These incidents made him rethink his career. By connecting the dots, he was strongly motivated to become a Life Coach.

·       Everyone has a unique gift to fulfil that purpose. Everyone has their own space to deliver their gift to this world. Therefore, competition is a myth.
·       Discovering that unique gift is the answer for all the problems (such as anxiety, depression, scarcity, relationships, stress, diseases, etc.,)

Life Advice

Sunil Issac believes that everyone of us is not a biological accident but was born into this world with a specific purpose. That is why we have won the battle against millions of sperm in our mother's womb. We are not going to win; we have already won.
He believes that the loudest sound is not the sound of an atomic bomb or aeroplane noise, but the sound of one's inner voice, the voice of their calling, which can be ignored. If one hates Mondays, they are likely not in the right place or job. The intersection of what one enjoys doing without noticing time, forgetting food, and meeting the needs of the world is their sweet spot. That's how simple it is to discover one's life purpose. He encourages individuals to unveil the gifts and abilities already buried within them to fulfil their purpose.
