What sparked your
passion for embarking on a journey in health and fitness consultancy and how
did your personal experiences shape your approach to coaching?
Fueled by Fitness, Inspired by Life's Journey!
My health consultancy wasn’t just a career—it was born from my
life’s experiences. From the thrill of winning a silver medal in national-level
roller skating to the resilience and adaptability I embraced as an army wife,
and the dedication I found after becoming a mother, every step has sharpened my
passion. Today, I focus on reversing lifestyle diseases (PCOS, Hypothyroid,
Cholesterol, Fatty Liver) and helping others uncover a toned, healthier version
of themselves through tailored plans with heart, grit, and compassion!
What's your philosophy on food, nutrition, and
women's health, drawing from your experiences as a mother and army wife?
Healthy inside is
healthy outside—that’s the core of my philosophy on wellness. Through my
journey as a woman, mother, and army wife, I've seen how vital inner health is
to face any challenge with grace and strength. I believe that nurturing our
bodies with the right nutrition can keep us empowered, energized, and focused
on the things that matter most. When we’re nourished on the inside, we shine on
the outside, ready for whatever comes our way.
What motivated you to incorporate such a diverse
range of programs, from weight management to hormonal health, into your
consultancy and how do you customize your coaching plans to cater to the unique
needs of each individual?
Every Phase, One Goal: Empowered Health
I’ve always believed that every woman, from her teenage years to
post-menopause, deserves a health journey that empowers her so that she can
confidently navigate the unique challenges of each life stage. During her
teenage years, a focus on mental health and hormonal balance is crucial. As she
transitions into adulthood, reproductive health and stress management become
key priorities, while post-menopause brings attention to bone density and heart
health.
That’s why I’ve
developed a wide range of programs—from weight management to hormonal health
and pregnancy. By customizing each plan, I can support teenagers facing the
whirlwind of hormones, young adults balancing career and wellness, and
career-focused women managing stress, all the way through to pre-menopause and
post-menopausal women reclaiming their vitality. With each stage comes unique needs,
and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
