Could you tell us about DView.io and its services?
Dview is all about data. To start with, we have indigenously developed a next-gen data management and intelligence platform that allows our customers to centralize data from 100+ sources in their own cloud with complete security guardrails. Further, our query engine ensures high concurrency, with almost 60% more compute efficiency than other market leaders. Our Gen AI tool allows our customers to query the data using just simple language, freeing their analyst bandwidth and making them more agile. In addition, we also have Fintech and BFSI data products built by our own renowned data sciences team predicting NPAs, delinquencies, and a host of other important performance indicators.
What motivated you to pursue a career in strategic alliances and business development and how has your leadership style driven the success and growth of DView.io?
Once you acquire experience of the kind I have, in order to further that, becoming strategic is natural. Your understanding of the markets, products, people, and customers together gives you a vantage point from which growing the business quickly and prudently becomes quite plausible. You know which decisions are to be made inclusive and which decisions are to be backed by experience. This ensures a great team effort while keeping the direction right, making sure growth is sustainable and long-term.
Can you share your professional journey, highlighting key achievements and the specific areas of expertise that have driven your success?
My keen eye for detail along with a constant penchant for innovation have helped the most in my success so far and will carry on being my most hinged upon skills along with my diverse experience. Having worked with multiple startups has also helped a lot, as it has exposed me to various markets, technologies, scenarios, and strategies, giving me an edge not many could boast of.
What do you consider to be the most significant achievement during your time at DView.io?
While we are still building Dview, I believe my contribution to the building blocks itself is my most significant achievement. From contributing towards the strategic direction, the organization as well as the product takes, to mentoring the leadership, I've had a very satisfying experience. I am also thankful for the leadership and their continued trust and support.
What advice would you give to professionals looking to develop their careers in business development and strategic partnerships?
My advice would be to look at how you can enhance your go-to market. It happens when you include people having a similar strategic endgame. Alliances are best when they are best served, when success is shared and both parties give each other an advantage, enhancing each other’s resources or offerings or both. Look for such partners and start hitting them. For business development, develop an eye for customer needs. Also, ensure you only invest in areas where you know you're going to get paid right.
