Can you walk us through your professional journey, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and entrepreneurial motivation that drove your success?

It’s a humble beginning for Finding Roots. Such beginnings made me flexible and adaptable to every client need.

With this sensitivity, we embraced every opportunity that came our way, regardless of its size or complexity. Within a year of inception, our work received accolades as one of the Top 10 Women-led startups in Hyderabad - 2023. I was featured on the cover story by an editorial of WER. Subsequently, we collaborated with Inner Wheel of Hyderabad and placed around 70+ underprivileged Job Seekers through a exclusive job drive.

With expanded business network, our client base spans from international market to the bustling business streets of Hyderabad, and we are immensely proud of the trust that each one of them placed in us. At every stage we see that our solutions are superior to our competitors, and the approach is tailored to our clients' needs. We are keen to keep India’s human resources thriving as a Global Talent Hub and are ready to partner with anyone in sync with this entrepreneurial motive.

Could you tell us about your areas of expertise and how they have contributed to your success?

I’ve always viewed HR as a pivotal function driving an organization’s success. This lens was shaped early in my career, thanks to the guidance of exceptional leaders who prioritized people at the centre of every decision, no matter how demanding the business challenges were.

At Finding Roots HR Consulting, we bring this philosophy to life. Startups and mid-sized business owners trust us as their go-to HR partners, relying on our expertise for everything from hiring to exit management. Interestingly, every 2 out of 3 business owners we work with have tried other service providers before. They found unparalleled quality, speed, and execution with us. The consistent feedback we receive is that our solutions saved them significant time, energy, and money and fast-tracked their drive for growth.

Whether it’s hiring for an entry-level sales position or selecting top-level management, creating employee handbooks, structuring organizations, automating HR units, or crafting multi-year HR strategies, we’ve delivered impactful results. We’ve also designed effective sales training, provided personalized leadership coaching, implemented succession mapping, and created tailored HR MIS and incentive plans. At Finding Roots HR Consulting, we’ve built our foundation on the principle that business success lies at the heart of every solution, with people as the key driving force.

What inspired you to become an entrepreneur, and how has your leadership style driven the success of your venture?

During my corporate experience, I observed a significant shift in the business landscape. It became evident that the demands of the market were changing rapidly, and the skills of our workforce were struggling to keep up.

This widening gap between the talent pool and the evolving needs of businesses, a topic that often came up in boardrooms. At the same time, I frequently heard personal stories from employees, many of whom struggled to understand why they chose one job or career path over another. Interestingly, both businesses and employees were facing the same issue: a need for growth and a huge untapped potential in our country.

That’s when I thought through a 3-step approach. While HR consulting is widely used to address day-to-day to complex business issues, training and coaching were my 2 cents to maximize an employee’s full potential. Personally, the very idea of growth always fascinated me—whether it is personal or professional/organizational. I decided to step away from the routine 9 to 5 and pursue the entrepreneurial path. This was a turning point, where I felt I could make a real difference by fostering businesses success while simultaneously creating thriving environment were individuals build fulfilling careers.

My leadership style – what drives you:
We need to be the Go to partner for Talent – across industries

Our Vision drives me –
“To make our country a Global Talent Hub.”

Having said so, being adaptable to innovation and crisis/unpredictable situations, I take a flexible approach in how we pursue this vision with a solution mindset at every phase. I encourage my team to take initiative, innovate, and contribute their unique ideas.

Being sensitive to client needs and firm while delivering with expertise is something we constantly watch out for.

For updates I skim through researches, business articles and news

What advice would you offer to aspiring entrepreneurs aiming to launch and grow their own businesses?

Entrepreneurship is often described as a lone journey, and that’s a reality I can relate to deeply. In the beginning, it can be a challenge to get people to buy into your ideas or to see the potential in your vision. But if you have a crazy dream—a dream to make a difference—and the perseverance to see it through, then go for it! The path will not always be easy, but that drive and conviction will push through any obstacles.

For me, an entrepreneur must be prepared to travel solo for a while until the idea begins to take shape and gain traction. It’s essential to lead from the front, especially in those early days, and have the unshakable belief that you can do it. One must be willing to get shameless in pursuit of what you don’t know, constantly learning and evolving with the journey.

Our country, and the world at large, needs more job creators as much as job seekers. Entrepreneurship is a fulfilling experience, especially for those who come with a “giver” mindset— the ones who are driven by the desire to create, contribute, and provide value to others. By networking in the right forums and communities, you build credibility and make lasting connections.
