Achivix is a data-driven marketing and B2B data solutions company that provides businesses with high-quality, accurate, and actionable data to help them grow and achieve their goals. We specialize in a range of services, including data collection, validation, lead generation, CRM cleaning, data appending, and market research. We cater to various industries such as BFSI, FMCG, technology, and healthcare, and our focus is on providing customized data solutions that support sales, marketing, and business development teams.
What motivated you to become an entrepreneur, and how has your leadership style driven the success and growth of the venture?
I was motivated to become an entrepreneur because I saw the immense potential in data to transform businesses. I wanted to create a company that could help others unlock the power of data to drive better decisions and accelerate growth. My leadership style is centered on collaboration, transparency, and a focus on innovation. I believe in empowering my team to take ownership of their work and always push boundaries to stay ahead of industry trends.

My professional journey has been driven by my deep passion for data and marketing. Over the years, I’ve honed my expertise in prospect research, email campaigns, web research, and B2B data solutions. One of the key milestones in my journey was the founding of Achivix, which has allowed me to combine my skills in data collection and marketing to help businesses thrive. Achievements like collaborating with Fortune 500 companies and working with various industries have been pivotal moments in shaping the direction of Achivix and reinforcing my belief in the power of tailored data solutions.
What are your current roles and responsibilities as the Founder and CEO of Achivix?
As the Founder and CEO of Achivix, I oversee the strategic direction of the company, ensuring we continue to innovate and deliver high-quality data solutions. I’m involved in business development, client relations, and partnerships, while also ensuring that our operations are streamlined and that our team is empowered to achieve their best work. I also spend time focusing on market trends and staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving world of data and marketing.
Could you highlight some of the notable projects that your venture have successfully completed?
One of our notable projects was working with a leading technology company to help them build a highly targeted lead generation database, which resulted in a significant increase in their outreach efficiency and sales conversions.
