My professional journey spans over 18 years in the software and technology sector, where I’ve worn multiple hats, including Software Developer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Program Manager, and Portfolio Manager. This diverse experience has allowed me to drive impactful projects in industries such as Banking & Finance, Healthcare, and Business Intelligence. Since 2012, I have been an avid practitioner of Agile methodologies, successfully managing large-scale projects using frameworks like Scrum, Kanban and SAFe.

On the academic front, I hold a B.Sc. (Honours) in Mathematics and Computer Science, complemented by an MBA in Information Technology. My credentials include an array of certifications like PgMP®, PMP®, PMI-RMP®, PMI-ACP®, CAL®, ACC®, CSP®, and SAFe®. These qualifications, combined with my commitment to Agile principles, have equipped me to guide organizations through seamless digital transformations, fostering customer-centricity, collaboration, and innovation. Additionally, I actively engage with the Agile and Project Management communities as a mentor, speaker, and author, sharing insights to inspire growth and success.

1.     Digital Transformation Program: As a Digital Transformation Coach, I guided the organization through its digital transformation, enhancing collaboration, transparency, and alignment across teams to achieve strategic business objectives.
2.     ERP Application: I played a key role in managing the delivery of a comprehensive ERP solution, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and driving efficiency improvements across business functions.
3.     CRM Application: I led the implementation of a customer relationship management system, optimizing customer engagement, improving data visibility, and enhancing communication between sales and customer support teams.
4.     E-commerce Software Program: I oversaw the development and launch of an e-commerce platform, focusing on scalability, user experience, and integration with payment gateways to support business growth.
5.     Global Data Warehouse Program: I led the development of a global data warehouse solution, optimizing data storage, analysis, and reporting capabilities to support business intelligence initiatives across the organization.
