I am Sangramsinh Pawar, a PhD Scholar, Founder and CEO of Mindwrks People Solutions and IT Services Inc. I am also Chief People Advisor, Executive & Growth Coach, and an expert in People Technologies (AI), Organizational Change Management (OCM), HR, L&OD, and People Technology Systems. With over 28 years of global experience, I have worked across 32 nationalities in 60+ countries and held strategic leadership roles in IT, Manufacturing, Energy, Automotive, and Consulting sectors. My expertise lies in Change Management, Capability Building, Process Reengineering, Talent Architecture, AI-driven HR Strategies, and Business Transformation.
 
I have been associated with global brands such as Sears Holdings, Cognizant, Cisco, JDSU (USA), ITIDA (Ministry of Communication, Egypt), Sandisk, Chevron, NAB Australia, Petro Plus (Switzerland), Nestle, WHO Geneva, and many more. Having worked in global leadership roles across industries, I realized the gaps in traditional HR models and the need for AI-driven, automated solutions. This led me to establish MINDWRKS—a platform that integrates People, Process, and AI-powered Talent Management.
