Hello, I am Arshad Hussain, the CEO of Jobskey Consultancy. Over the past two decades, I've dedicated myself to transforming the recruitment landscape, focusing on not just filling positions but fundamentally changing lives through strategic employment opportunities. My journey began in the Middle East, where I started my entrepreneurial path in executive search and tech hiring, and I have been privileged to serve top-tier clients such as TCS, WIPRO, Cognizant, HP, Aramco, and Emaar.

I embarked on my career with a strong passion for impacting the community positively, which steered me towards the recruitment sector. My educational journey was fairly typical, but it was my deep-seated desire to make a difference that propelled me into executive search and recruitment. This drive has guided my professional path from being an Executive Search Consultant to leading a consultancy that operates on a global scale.

 

What inspired you to pursue a career in executive search and recruitment, and how has your leadership style evolved to drive successful recruitment outcomes?

My inspiration stemmed from a passion to influence people's lives positively by connecting them with opportunities that propel their careers and personal growth. This vision transformed into a career in executive search and recruitment, where I could leverage my insights and skills to match talent with the right opportunities. Over the years, my leadership style has evolved from hands-on tactical engagements to a more strategic role, focusing on empowering my team and integrating innovative technologies like AI to enhance our recruitment processes.

 

Can you provide an overview of your current role and key responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer of Jobskey Consultancy?

As the CEO of Jobskey Consultancy, my primary responsibilities include setting strategic direction, driving the adoption of new technologies, and overseeing our expansion efforts, particularly in integrating AI into our services. I am deeply involved in crafting collaborative strategies that align with our vision of recruiting over 500,000 talents by 2030 and ensuring that our operations across various regions remain synergistic and responsive to market dynamics.
